Episode 2: Christian Leadership
Are you a good Christian Leader?
Many of us are leading in some capacity already. Whether in our small circle of influence, or in the family or in a larger capacity as a business leader, a coach or a leader in the church.
Some of the questions and concepts that we’ll focus on this episode is drawn from an article from thomrainer.com, by Chuck Lawless. You can read the article here: http://thomrainer.com/2015/10/9-questions-to-determine-if-youre-a-christian-leader/
On this episode we will learn to reflect whether we are really leading as a Christian leader.
Questions that we’ll help you answer are:
1. If others knew my life intimately, would they want to follow me?
2. Am I uncomfortable with the status quo?
3. Do I have a picture of a bright future?
4. Do I see people as God’s gift or as a means to an end?
5. Is anyone following me?
6. Am I investing in anyone personally?
7. If I leave, will the ministry carry on well?
8. Am I continuing to learn?
9. Am I accountable to somebody for my godliness?
